Marvellous and very good breakfast and really friendly staff!!!
Great overall experience. The place was fairly clean with free parking and an extremely comfy bed. A wide array of options, great food. Good and beautiful location in a quiet area near the centre of Cardiff where a warm welcome is guaranteed, a good pub and the surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, amazing and very very good breakfast.
The staff was welcoming and the place was fairly clean. Our rooms were soundproof and en suite, for 2 double beds. Its magnificent, residential location was a plus.

We visited Cardiff Bay, a fantastic experience with lovely views and fun activities. The cleanliness of the room was great.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use a family-friendly dining option nearby.

I stayed here for my honeymoon and was impressed. The staff were friendly, and the room was super clean, comfortable, and just perfect for a romantic getaway. This place exceeded my expectations, especially considering my previous stay in cardiff.

Spotlessly clean room that feels like home.
Limited on-street parking, found it a bit tricky at times.

The room was clean and tidy.
I was really disappointed with the location of the hotel. The neighborhood felt unsafe, with litter everywhere and graffiti on the walls, which definitely made me uncomfortable. I also faced trouble finding my room, as the hall arrangement was confusing, and a crying baby from an adjacent room disturbed my sleep. It was an unsettling experience that overshadowed any positive aspects .

Great location, quiet despite being central. Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable.

Stayed for a night n the location was totally amazin, just a quick cab ride to the city center. Room was basic but super clean, comfy bed n had a kettle for tea, nice. Check-in was so easy, no fuss at all. I also liked the vibe, it felt quiet n chill even tho it's near the pubs. Excellent value for a weekend!
Only downside was street parking, got a bit lucky to find a spot. Breakfast wasn't included n i didn't realize till later.

Immaculate stay with friendly service
The staff were friendly. The shower was excellent, and the convenience of free parking outside was a nice touch. I did find a bit of street parking competition, which could be a downside during busy times.
